1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Deardwell ships within the United States only.

We may expand to additional regions in the future.

2. Processing Time & Shipping Time

Since most Deardwell products are custom-made, all orders require production time before shipment.

9. PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses

Fabric swatches may be shipped to:

Curtains, Shades & Hardware

Oversized or custom-made items cannot be delivered to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Restricted carrier zones

A residential or business street address is required.

10. Customs Duties & Taxes

United States

Most orders are delivered with duties and import fees prepaid.

Customers generally will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

International Orders

Depending on your local customs regulations, your order may be subject to:

  • VAT
  • Customs clearance fees

These charges are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

11. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Shipping label photos
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may provide:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (where applicable)

Do not discard the packaging before contacting us.

12. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no delivery progress for an extended period, please contact us.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

  • Check around your property
  • Contact household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Deardwell is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist customers in filing carrier claims whenever possible.

13. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier capacity issues
  • Holiday congestion
  • Global transportation disruptions

Shipping delays outside our control do not qualify for compensation or refund.

14. Split Shipments

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

You may receive separate tracking numbers and deliveries for different items within the same order.

15. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery for reasons not caused by Deardwell, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Customs charges
  • Carrier handling fees
  • Original shipping costs

These amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund.
